These terms apply to website design, development and maintenance services supplied by Northline Web Studio.

Quotes and scope

Each project is quoted individually. The agreed scope, price and expected delivery date will be confirmed before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed for each project. Customers should not make payment for services that have not been agreed in writing.

Delivery

Digital work is delivered electronically or deployed to an agreed website environment. Delivery times depend on the project scope and timely receipt of customer content and feedback.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a project, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund is assessed according to work already completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate content and confirming they have permission to use any text, images, logos or other materials supplied for the project.
